Hi! I’m Pasi. I have lived most of my life in the countryside. The peace and greenery of the countryside is great. My core values are curiosity, fairness, well-being and sustainability. Values guide my goals, choices and actions. Nature is important to me and I’m paying more and more attention to the impact of my own choices on the environment. I enjoy hiking, dancing, cross-country skiing, cycling and reading, among other things. I’m eager to learn new things.

I’m open to new opportunities. I’m an analyst at my core. I’m a knowledge seeker who gets to the bottom of why things are the way they are, and I’m willing to hunt for answers to important topics or issues. I graduated from Tampere University of Technology with a master’s degree in automation technology. Later, I have acquired additional experience from the Open University. My core competencies are:

• Automation and Automation Design: Extensive experience in applying automation technology, including design, procurement, assembly support, commissioning, as well as maintenance and service.

• Project Business: Project business has become familiar to me over my 10+ years in the technology industry, combining my technical expertise with project management skills.

• Strategic Management: Deep understanding of business strategic planning. I am proficient in strategic analysis and synthesis methods, and I am familiar with the schools of strategy and key management theories. I am capable of applying strategic thinking in a business environment and engaging in discussions on current management issues.

• Data Analytics: Analytics and leading with knowledge are increasingly important topics in modern working life.

Technology and the green transition inspire me

I’m interested in Finnish companies as an employer. I’m also attracted to non-profit organizations and volunteer work. I’m motivated by work tasks that require both the business and technology expertise. I truly love working independently because it has the advantage of giving me room to focus and stay productive throughout the day. However, I also enjoy working with diverse professionals that motivate me and engage me, as this allows me to use my creativity and learn from others on the job.
